These terms apply to anyone purchasing coaching services from Ana Putonaite Coaching, operated by Ana Putonaite, based in Worthing, England. By purchasing a coaching programme you agree to these terms.
Ana Putonaite Coaching provides 12-week online strength and mobility coaching. This includes a personalised training programme delivered via the Everfit app, weekly check-ins, and direct messaging support via WhatsApp. The exact format is agreed on the strategy call before purchase.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You can pay upfront (£197 for 12 weeks) or in three monthly payments of £79 (£237 total). All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment details are never stored by us.
If within the first 14 days of your programme starting you are not satisfied, contact us at info@anaputonaite.com for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds cannot be issued after 14 days from the programme start date.
Ana Putonaite Coaching provides fitness coaching, not medical advice. If you have any medical condition, injury, or concern, consult your GP before starting the programme. We are not liable for any injury that arises from participation in the programme.
All programme materials, content, and systems provided as part of coaching are the intellectual property of Ana Putonaite Coaching and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
Outside the 14-day guarantee window, coaching fees are non-refundable. If you are on the monthly payment plan and wish to stop, you may cancel future payments but payments already made are non-refundable.
